The Tripod Project is led by Dr. Ron Ferguson from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and Rob Ramsdell, the vice president of School Improvement Services at Cambridge Education.

Product Description
The Tripod Project administers student and teacher surveys that seek to identify attitudes, perceptions, experiences, and practices. The goal of the work of the Tripod Project is to improve content, pedagogy, and relationships while closing achievement gaps. Currently, a modified version of the Tripod student survey is being used as part of the Measures of Effective Teaching (MET) Project funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

The surveys were developed for use with teachers in any subject or grade level.

The Tripod Project Surveys were used in the 15 districts that were members of the Minority Student Achievement Network (MSAN) located in California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, and Wisconsin. Now, the Tripod Project consults with other school districts.
