This program was developed by teachers, principals, central office administrators, and external consultants in Alexandria City Public Schools, Virginia.

Product Description
PEP is a multidimensional evaluation system used to measure teacher performance. The components of PEP include formal and informal observations, teacher portfolios, academic goal setting (teachers setting academic goals for the class), and student achievement.
